Showing each stage in a single frame helps the customer understand at a glance how the package is prepared. The photos below are taken from the actual packaging video.

Impact-absorbing corner protection
Blue foam protectors are placed in the four corners of the cardboard box, preparing the first impact layer.
Step 01 ↗
Full-surface padding
The base and side surfaces of the box are lined with white protective padding that softens contact points.
Step 02 ↗
Frame and hardware placement
The main frame is placed inside the box; the hardware pack set aside for assembly is placed in the center of the frame.
Step 03 ↗
Organized placement of the legs
Legs wrapped in protective material are lined up in the frame's cavity so they don't touch each other.
Step 04 ↗
Layered top protection
Extra padding is laid between the parts; the second frame is positioned on top, completing the layer inside the box.
Step 05 ↗
Secure sealing
The box flaps are closed and secured lengthwise and along the edges with clear tape, ready for shipment.
